91 Memorial Ave St Ives | A 1960's Petit and Sevitt project home requiring an internal re-design, with the intention to create optimal living spaces opening to the outdoor entertainment and pool area. The project required a swift re- identification of services and spaces to maximise style of living and optimise natural lighting through the split level home.

15 Gould Ave St Ives | The property had an awkward design and comprised three bedrooms, one bathroom and a small family room. The investor’s brief was to turn it into a four bedroom, two-bathroom home. My role in design involved relocating the kitchen to the large laundry – removing walls, incorporating beams and turning the kitchen and old dining room area into a large family room. The old entrance hall became the new dining area. Part of a passage was turned into an en-suite off the main bedroom and the original family room became the fourth bedroom.  The total renovation cost was $125,000. The house was bought in its original form for $1.25 million and sold six months later for $1.62 million.
